Warranty Policy
We stand by the quality of our products. All SukhaShop® items are manufactured using premium materials and processes, undergoing rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure excellence.
Warranty Coverage
- Duration: 1 year from the date of receipt.
- Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship.
If you believe your product is defective, please email us at info@sukhashop.com with valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt). We will repair, replace, or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.
Important Notes:
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Products are tested in-house for functionality during exchanges to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Many issues arise from unfamiliarity with the product. Before returning an item, check the instruction manual or email us for assistance.
- If a returned product is found to be in full working order, it will be sent back.
Warranty Options
If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, SukhaShop® will:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished item.
- Refund the purchase price of the defective product.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by negligence or misuse.
- Damages to third-party devices used with our product.
- Replacement or cost of any electronic devices used with SukhaShop® products.
Under no circumstances is SukhaShop® liable for damages to other devices or for misuse of its products.
