Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. All SukhaShop® items are manufactured using premium materials and processes, undergoing rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure excellence.

Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: 1 year from the date of receipt.
  • Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your product is defective, please email us at info@sukhashop.com with valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt). We will repair, replace, or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.

Important Notes:

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Products are tested in-house for functionality during exchanges to ensure the issue is resolved.
  • Many issues arise from unfamiliarity with the product. Before returning an item, check the instruction manual or email us for assistance.
  • If a returned product is found to be in full working order, it will be sent back.

Warranty Options

If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, SukhaShop® will:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished item.
  3. Refund the purchase price of the defective product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by negligence or misuse.
  • Damages to third-party devices used with our product.
  • Replacement or cost of any electronic devices used with SukhaShop® products.

Under no circumstances is SukhaShop® liable for damages to other devices or for misuse of its products.
